Program Description
From Bologna to Florence hiking in the woods, beautiful landscapes and history; seven days nights across the Apenninino between Lazio and Abruzzo
1° Day Sante Marie - Badolo km 6, +850 m; -1050 m
Departure from Bologna in the morning, meeting with the environmental guide in front of the Bar Moncelli at 08:00; delivery of the baggage to the person in charge who will transport them from one stage to another in the various accommodation facilities. You only need to have a service backpack that will contain 4Lt of water, sun cream, spay for gadflies, k-way and hat.
2° Day Santo Stefano - Valdevarri - Nesce km 14, +2070 m; -850
3° Day Nesce - Villerose – Spedino – Cartore km 17, +440 m; -330 m
4° Day Anello di Cartore - Lago della Duchessa km 13, +641 m; -1197 m
5° Day Cartore - Santa Maria in Valle Porclaneta – Rosciolo Km 8, +280 m; -330
6° Day Rosciolo – Magliano de’ Marsi – Località Le Crete (non è un paese) Km 15, +270 m; -350
7° Day Località Le Crete (Tagliacozzo) – San Donato – Scanzano – Poggetello – Sante Marie Km 21, +560 m; -450
The tour ends at Sante Marie, for a group photo, the starting point where you can retrieve your luggage.

Minimum age to participate: 16 years old
Maximum age to participate: It is not foreseen as long as the person is able to walk 30Km on foot, the total height difference we will do will be + 3500m of ascent and -4530m of descent.
Documents
Passport, valid. You will be asked for the number and expiration date when registering for the trek for the creation of the room list to be given to the accommodation facility at the time of check-in by the guide.
Signed covid or green pass self-certification. The covid self-certification will be sent to you when registering for the trek and must be sent by e-mail, signed, to the address info@trekking-bike-tour.it
Luggage and the backpack for the trekking
The baggage must include:
A pair of long trekking pants to wear and a pair in case of rain.
A lightweight hiking sweatshirt.
Five underwear changes, in addition to those worn.
Five pairs of hiking socks, in addition to those worn.
Trial or Trekking shoes, make very few stretches on the asphalt where trekking shoes are not very suitable.
No shampoos and various soaps, you will find them in the various structures.
A swimsuit, the i Carbonoli farmhouse has a swimming pool.
